Our response time is fairly quick. We only respond to support questions between 9am and 6pm MST (Mountain Standard Time). As our company grows we will put questions to common problems online. We strive to write our software so it's error correcting and minimize the need for support. We also strive to write software the is easy to understand to also minimize the need to call and ask questions. Soon we will have how to videos that will help you navigate through the software.
